# Content Management

This page and all of its subsections allow you to:

* Manage your organisation's general content;
* Create new projects, administer them, and manage their content;
* Modify and update the projects to which you are assigned.

## Dashboard

The home section of the content management page, the **Dashboard**, allows you to access the project and/or content you wish to administer in just a few clicks.

The **Card Count** box, displayed at the top of the Dashboard, shows the number of cards recorded at your organisation level.

In the **My Projects** list, the number of available cards is also displayed under each project's name. This lets you quickly compare the volume of content available across your different projects.

You'll find three blue boxes containing quick access links to:

* Your projects, in alphabetical order
* Your favorite cards, by frequency of use
* Recently modified content cards within your projects, by modification date

## Menu

The left menu is common to the entire Content Management page, it will follow you through all sections and subsections of this page for easy navigation.

### Create content at the organisational level

When you have multiple projects in your organisation, some content can be created at that level for reuse across the organisation's various projects.\
When you update this type of content, your changes are automatically reflected across all projects to which the content is published.

**For example**: product card, discovery tree, competitor topic, etc.

Within the left menu, the following links allow you to access organisation-level content creation pages:

### Create project-level content

When you want to create project-specific content that will only be available for that project, select it from the drop-down list in the left menu by clicking "**Select Project**".

You can also create a new one by clicking the "**Create a new project**" button.

Once content is published in a project, it can always be subsequently transferred to the organisation level and then published in another project.
