πŸ—£οΈVocal Triggers

Voice trigger: A word, sequence of words, or phrase detected by CogNeed during your users' sessions. Vocal triggers can have several purposes:

  • Trigger the display of an associated content card;

  • Validate/invalidate a compliance element;

  • Enhance a compliance or quality score;

  • Trigger a call context;

  • Track a pronunciation occurrence in your users' conversations (competitors, etc.);

  • Trigger a manager alert ("lawyer," "trial," etc.).
