This page allows you to view:

• An overview of your organisation's events.

• A tab for managing and tracking user requests.

• A summary tab for your Live Application usage statistics.

Overview

This tab allows you to quickly and easily find:

• Recently modified cards within your organisation. Click on it to be redirected and view the latest additions.

• Your favourite cards ♥️. Click on them to be redirected and access their content.

Manager my requests

This tab allows you to track and manage content requests and user queries. For greater clarity, you can search for a request using the appropriate field, filter requests by progress status, or by manager.

The table that appears allows you to:

• To have an overview of queries matching the selected search or filters,

• To change the status of queries,

• To change the manager associated with queries,

• To open a query detail page by clicking on the "View details" link, which includes:

  • All information related to the request (rapporteur, date, update, status, person in charge)

  • The initial text written by the rapporteur

  • Discussions and comments related to the request

  • A comment field to continue the exchange with the rapporteur

You will receive a notification as soon as a request is made and you are designated as the responsible party, or when a user comments on a previously made request.

Usage statistics

This tab displays a graph of your Live Application usage. Two metrics are reported: the number of displays and the usage time.
