💯Evaluation Sheets
It includes a set of compliance topics and analysis elements, which can be given different weights and assigned a minor, major, or critical impact level.
It is organised by module, if these have been previously defined.
It is possible to create multiple evaluation sheets and thus analyse sessions from different angles if necessary.
The evaluation sheets apply to one or more projects in which they have been previously published.
At the end of the session, the evaluation sheet will be documented based on the elements validated in real time during the session and the post-call analysis elements.
This evaluation sheet will be viewable by users and project managers on the Sessions page, and the scores will be consolidated in the reports, Evaluation sheet statistics.
Create an evaluation sheet
Click the button
Enter the title of the evaluation sheet: ideally, it should be concise, precise, and neither too long nor too short. The idea is that your users can get an idea of its content at a glance.
Click "Save"
Then assign existing themes and analysis elements (check the choices from the list provided) to the organisation or create new ones.

These additions will be categorised by modules if they are part of modules.
For themes to be categorised by module in your evaluation sheet, these modules must be documented in the “Module Creation” menu! Otherwise, they will be presented at the end of the sheet, in a section of themes and elements without modules.
Criticality Level
Enter a Criticality Level (minor, major or critical) and a weight for each element and theme which will help you get a total score.

Once you've finished creating your evaluation sheet, remember to publish it to one or more projects in your organisation.
Tip: Themes are presented in dark font on a light background, while analysis elements are presented in light font on a dark background. The logo in the “topics” menu and the “advanced analysis”
menu allows you to identify them.
