Compliance

Compliance reminds users of legal or quality requirements to follow during their calls. These requirements are then followed by compliance reminders in the Live Application. These rules are configured and documented in the Dashboard, and are tracked through monitoring indicators.

Compliance elements

When a compliance topic becomes mandatory in a Live Application session, a "Compliance" tab appears next to the "History" tab.

  • As soon as a compliance event occurs in the session, this tab immediately comes to the forefront.

  • For each compliance element to be validated, you can find:

    • Validation instructions

    • vocal triggers that validate this compliance

    • Vocal triggers that reject this compliance

    • The number of these vocal triggers to be pronounced for validation

As soon as a complience element is validated, the line is validated, crossed out and retracted after a few seconds.
