Installation

Using CogNeed in Dual Channel mode requires the installation of a Windows, Mac, or Linux application.

This installation requires administrative rights on your workstation. Contact your administrator if you wish to perform this installation.

.exe - You can find the executable file by following this download link. (single-user installation)

MSI - You can find the MSI file by following this download link. (automated installation on multiple workstations)

• Download the installation file by following the link provided.

• Once downloaded, launch the cogneed-dual-canal-application installation file. This visual indicates that the installation is in progress on your workstation; the process will only take a few seconds. Be careful not to exit the application or restart your session.

• Once the installation is complete, a shortcut of the application is added to your desktop and the application launches automatically.

Synchronisation

To complete the connection, click "Connect." The application opens a web window to synchronize with your CogNeed account. In this web window, click the "Synchronise" button.

When the Dual Channel Application and Live Application are properly synchronised, this icon appears on both sides.
